Connections is the one place to fix it. It's the same component whether you reach it from Meetings or from the Connections page, so there's no second set of settings to hunt for.
Who can edit or delete a meeting
Any of these three:
- The person who created it.
- Anyone with the meeting management permission.
- The owner or manager of the meeting's Noot - usually the project lead, who didn't personally press record but is the person who most often needs to fix it.
Editing covers the title, time, length and project, and adding, editing or deleting action items. The buttons only appear for people who actually have the right.
Undoing what the analysis wrote
A captured meeting writes real things: board cards, to-dos, register decisions, reminders, risks, calendar entries and the meeting notes document. Undo what the AI did takes that back, and it sits under What the AI did on the meeting itself.
- It is all or nothing. If anybody has edited, completed, moved or commented on any of it, the undo refuses and names what was touched - because taking back a card somebody has since worked on would delete their work, not the AI's.
- It covers the most recent analysed meeting for those projects. Once a later meeting has run, this one's writes may have been built on, and the panel says which meeting superseded it.
- It is the meeting's creator, or somebody who can edit every project it wrote to. On a meeting attached to no project the only rows are personal to-dos and reminders, so they are the creator's alone to take back.
- Undoing is recorded - who did it and when - and it does not touch the recording, the transcript or the summary.
What the AI did lists the suggestions the updater *proposed* and the questions it asked. Those are undone one at a time, on the suggestion. This control reverses what the pipeline wrote by itself, which is a different set, and the panel says so above the button rather than leaving you to find out.
Once a card has been edited it can never be part of an undo, even if the edit is reverted - the product records that it was changed, not what it was changed to. That is the safe direction, and it is worth knowing before you count on undoing something a week later.
