CRM reports & forecasting

Win rate, month-by-month performance, and five reports computed from your real rows.

The Reports tab answers the questions a sales lead actually asks. Every number is computed from your organization's real rows - there are no sample charts or placeholder series. Group and window the pipeline with the two controls at the top.

Win rate, and how it has moved

The band at the top is about deals that actually closed: how many, what they were worth, and your win rate - won as a share of everything closed in the window.

Under it, Performance by month draws won against lost over the last twelve months.

"Close date" and "closed on" are different things

The Closing filter at the top of the page is a *close date* window, which is the forecast a rep typed. Performance by month counts a deal in the month it really closed, so the filter deliberately does not scope that panel and the page says so under its heading. A chart of forecast dates is a picture of what people hoped for.

A month with nothing closed says so

Win rate is left blank rather than reported as 0% when nothing has closed yet. A workspace in its first week has not lost - it has not finished anything, and a tile that cannot tell those apart reports failure to everybody.

What's in Reports

ReportAnswers
PipelineWhere the money sits - grouped by stage, owner, account or close-date hygiene, with raw and weighted amounts.
Stage conversionOf the deals that ever reached a stage, how many made it to the next - read from recorded stage history.
Lead funnelHow many leads convert, and from which sources.
Activity volumeWho's touching accounts in the last 30 days, and with what - plus tasks completed.
AgingHow long open deals have sat in their current stage, bucketed from under a week to over two months.

A "Longest without movement" table rounds it out, ranking your open deals by days since their last stage change so the stuck ones are impossible to miss.

Grouping & windows

  • Group by - Stage, Owner, Account, or Close-date hygiene (dated vs. undated deals).
  • Closing - Any time, Next 30 days, Next 90 days, or This quarter, filtered on close date.
Reports is a paid feature

The Reports tab is on the Team plan and above. On lower plans you'll see a locked panel describing what it does; the rest of the CRM stays fully usable. See Plans & billing.

Tip

Because conversion and aging read from real stage-change history, they stay accurate even when a deal skips a stage - the reports reflect what actually happened, not just where things sit today.
